You will be charged only the cleaning costs for staying.
Any apartment in Buxton Suites can be reserved for 28 days with a deposit of 3% of the purchase price (non-refundable). The buyer is expected to sign a preliminary contract with the development company and to pay the first installment within approx. 28 days after reservation. Property Management: The annual management fee of 400 Euros per year covers the following services: Snagging list for your property after completion (photos included).
